Target Australia is recalling a Halloween toy that could seriously injure or even kill children.

The recalled toys were sold between September and October this year. Target is now facing questions about its quality control as the same toy was recalled by Woolworths last year.
People have been warned to stop using the product and return it to a Target or Target Country store as soon as possible for a full refund.
