On November 14th, the moon was closest it has been to Earth since 1948. NASA says we won't see another like it until 2034.
On Monday night, the moon was expected to appear 14 percent bigger and 30 percent brighter than the average monthly full moon.
Most of the Australian cities struggled viewing the super moon due to an obstruction of a cloudy night.
Thankfully, in some parts of Sydney, it appeared as big and as bright as it expected to be!
