It is reported that the rampage was sparked by an argument over the lease agreement with the family.
The CCTV footage has revealed some outrageous scenes as four men approached angrily to the staff members on a service station in Melbourne’s North.
One of the attackers walked in and pushed the products and goods off the counter while staff standing behind the counter.
After vandalizing the shop, the angry men went out to smash van and trucks parked outside.
It is reported that the attackers were the tenants from the adjoining shop who have an on-going issue about the lease and the rent with the family.
Police arrived quickly to arrest the vandals.
Japanjot Ganda, the owner of the service station told 7News that family and staff have been shocked over the behaviour as they were threatened that they will be shot.
“Absolutely disgraceful. We are in shock, everybody is shocked.”
Japanjot said that he is now concerned about the safety of his family and staff.Japanjot’s family is running this service station from last five years.
Japanjot claims that he agreed to lease two neighbouring shops on this premise to a pair of businessmen. But the tenants say that it was not his land to lease and the locks were changed overnight.

Rocca Cuzzillo said that Japanjot had pushed the limits on them leading to an argument.
“We don’t have to take matters into our hands but sometimes you have to kind of think,” Mr Cuzzillo told 7News.
Police says charges are yet to be laid.
