'Dear Jassi’ The true story of an honour killing in Punjab received the $30,000 'Silver User Award'

Indian-origin Canadian filmmaker Tarsem Singh’s Punjabi film ‘Dear Jassi’ was awarded the second highest award ‘Silver User Award’ at the 3rd Red Sea International Film Festival held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, under which he also got a cash prize of thirty thousand dollars.
