Farooq Qaiser was a Pakistani artist, newspaper columnist, puppeteer and voice actor. He became famous for his character as 'Uncle Sargam' in the popular show 'Kaliyan.'
The multitalented artist passed away after suffering a heart attack in Islamabad last week.
