Women's leadership movements across the world have been gaining momentum. One of them, Future Women will take this momentum to a month-long campaign - #HerVote - which will be launched at a town hall style event ahead of the Federal election, bringing candidates together to speak to female voters about their policies, representation and the future of women in politics. Australia has a record number of women in the federal parliament at the moment, but in the past decade Australia has fallen from the 15th to the 51st position when it comes to female representation in parliament.
