In early May, US National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said that Russia was secretly supplying North Korea with more oil products than allowed under UN sanctions against Pyongyang. Earlier, UN experts reported that the missile found in Kharkiv on January 2 after a Russian attack was produced in North Korea.


Professor of the Department of National Security and Strategic Studies at Curtin University in Perth Alexey Muraviev comments on the situation.
