Today there was another, the tenth in a row, increase in interest rates. The official interest rate is now 3.6%. We contacted mortgage holders in Melbourne and the Gold Coast, as well as mortgage broker Olga Kulik from Adelaide, to find out what to do when mortgage payments become unbearable.
