Mohamud Hassan Soocade is Puntland's Information Minister. He spoke to SBS about clashes between Puntland forces and militia led by former governor of Barri region Abdisamad Gallan. He also spoke about his government's shutting down a local radio station after they interviewed Mr Gallan despite his government's objection.
