Somalia has lifted the ban of Kenya's Mira after IGAD meeting in Mogadishu. Somalia has baned the Mira from Kenya a week ago over state politician's visit to Somaliland. Awale Abukar is prominent anti-Khat campaigner and says he is disappointed the Somali government's decision.
