U.S adds visa restriction to Yemen, Somali, and Libya. The new restrictions apply to citizens of countries under visa waiver program who previously had been able to travel to the United States without first obtaining a visa. Those citizens now will have to apply to U.S. consulates for such visas if they have traveled to Somalia, Libya or Yemen.
