இந்தியா உத்தராகண்ட் மாநிலத்தில் சுரங்கப் பாதை அமைக்கும் பணியில் ஏற்பட்ட மண் சரிவு காரணமாக கடந்த 17 நாட்களாக சுரங்கத்துக்குள் சிக்கித் தவித்த 41 தொழிலாளர்களும் பத்திரமாக மீட்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இது பற்றிய பின்னணி குறித்து Deccan Chronicle பத்திரிகையின் முன்னாள் நிர்வாக ஆசிரியர் பகவான் சிங் அவர்களுடன் உரையாடுகிறார் செல்வி.
