Tibetan Learning Centre dates back to 1997 when some of the earliest Tibetan refugees initiated to teach Tibetan language to their kids over the weekend. Today, the weekend language school is officially registered under the NSW Community Language School and is held every Saturday at Mackellar Girls Campus, Manly Vale. The kids are taught basic Tibetan language, spoken Tibetan, and introduced to Tibetan Buddhism and traditional music.
