ብ ዓርቢ 22 ለካቲት 2020 ናይ ፕረሲደንት ኬር ዉሳኔ ኣብ ተለቪዥን ናይታ ሃገር ተነቢቡ። ኣብቲ መግለጺ ነቲ ዘሎ ካቢኔ ምሉእ ምሉእ ከምዘፍረሶ፥ ቀዳማይ ምክትል ፕረሲደንት  ክኸውን ንዶ/ር ሪክ ማቻር ከምዝጾሞን ካልኦት ሰለስተ ምክትላ ፕረሲደንት ምሿሙ ተገሊጹ ኣሎ።  

"ኣነ ፕረሲደንት ደቡብ ሱዳን  ሳልቫ ኬር  ናይ ሪፖብሊካዊ ኣዋጅ ዝእውጆ ዘለኹ ንሃገራዊ ሚኒስተራት መሰጋገሪ መንግስቲ ሃገራዊ ሓድነት ካብ 21 ለካቲት 2020 ኣትሒዙ ኣፍሪሰዮ ኣለኹ።"

ብሓሙስ ፕረሲደንት ኪርን ዶ/ር ማቻርን ነቲ ዘሎ መንግስቲ ዳግም ክሃንጽዎ ተሰማሚዖም ኔሮምዮም። ፕረሲደንት ኪር ን ማቻር ከም ቀዳማይ ምክትል ፕረሲደንት ጌሩ ከምዝሾሞውን ቃል ኣትይሉ ኔሩ እዩ።  

እቶም ሓደሽቲ ምክትላት ፕረሲደንት ኤስ ቢ ኤስ ዲንካ ብኸምዚ ዝስዕብ ገሊጽዎም ኣሎ።

Who are the Vice Presidents?

Dr Riek Machar was the former Vice President of GOSS or the Government of South Sudan from 2005- 2011 and the Vice President of the Republic from 2011-July 2013. He was appointed again as the first Vice President from 26 Apr 2016 – 23 Jul 2016. He will now resume his role for the third time as the First Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan.

Dr Wani Igga served as the Speaker of the Parliament, Vice President of the Republic and then appointed in 2016 as a Vice President. He will continue to serve as one of the five Vice Presidents in the revitalised Transitional Government of National Unity.

Taban Deng Gai was a former governor of Unity State, a senior member in the SPLM IO led by Dr Riek Machar until July of 2016. He was appointed the first Vice President to President Salva Kiir in July of 2016-2020. He will now serve as one of the five Vice Presidents.

Rebecca Nyandeng Garang was a former Minister, Presidential Advisor to President Kiir, member of the SPLM G10 and now she will serve as the first woman to hold the position of the Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan in history.
