Qatari and Saudi leaders have signed an agreement that is set to mark the end of the Saudi Kingdom's years-long boycott of Qatar. The move will see Saudi Arabia and its three Arab nation allies - Egypt, the UAE and Bahrain - restore full diplomatic ties and trade with Qatar.
