Bogdan Rudnytski interviewed Dr Yana Ostapenko. We spoke about the archive project of The Association of Ukrainians in Victoria (AUV, also known as “Hromada” in Ukrainian). The AUV is a community based not-for-profit organisation that was founded in 1949 by Ukrainians who settled here in Victoria after having to flee Ukraine during WW 2.
