Election 2022: The Australian Greens

The Australian Greens formally began on August 30th 1992, when representatives from independent Green state-based parties met in Sydney to form a new federal party. The growth and success of what has now become a party of influence in Australian politics can be attributed to the work of environmentalist and former Greens leader Bob Brown.
