The United States and more than 40 other countries have agreed to coordinate investigations into suspected war crimes in Ukraine. At the conference in The Hague headquarters of the International Criminal Court ((ICC)), they signed a political declaration to work together on investigations into war crimes in Ukraine.

The International Criminal Court's chief prosecutor is calling for a larger strategy in efforts to bring perpetrators of war crimes in Ukraine to justice as representatives from dozens of countries pledged to cooperate to end impunity.

Since Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the invasion of Ukraine on the 24th February, his military forces have been accused of abuses.
