SA, Vic won't support federal inquiry into water-sharing in Murray-Darling Basin

South Australia and Victoria have refused to support a federal inquiry into water-sharing arrangements. But the Morrison government is set to push on with the probe, despite the southern Murray-Darling Basin states baulking at the inquiry to be led by interim inspector-general Mick Keelty.
