Bogdan Rudnytski interviewed Mykola Mowczan, President of the Ukrainian Association of Western Australia in Perth about the “Welcome to Australia” of the world’s largest aircraft Ukrainian Antonov An-225 “Mriya”. On Sunday 15 May “Mriya” make it’s first-ever trip to Australia when it lands at Perth airport to deliver a generator weighing 130 tons. Arriving at its final destination of a journey spanning three continents, the crew welcomed by Ukraine’s Ambassador to Australia, His Excellency Mykola Kulinich, and Chairman of the Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations and General Secretary of the Ukrainian World Congress, Mr Stefan Romaniw, OAM. The crew and guest also attend a luncheon hosted by the represented by President of the Association of Ukrainians in Western Australia Mykola Mowczan and Dnister Ukrainian Credit Cooperative was represented by CEO Liam Tiernan.
