Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull is visiting Japan for his first international visit of the year. He and his Japanese counterpart, Shinzo Abe, want to revive the stalled Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP)trade deal, just as Australia is in dispute with Canada over wine exports.
