A vocal critic of the Russian government believed to have been murdered in Ukraine has appeared at a media conference there, confessing his death was faked. The Russian journalist Arkady Babchenko and Ukrainian security officials claim the murder was staged in an attempt to expose a plot to kill him, allegedly masterminded by Russia.
