The mayor of Kyiv has ordered a curfew after a series of Russian strikes on residential buildings, saying the Ukrainian capital is facing a difficult and dangerous moment. Meanwhile, the prime ministers of Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovenia are visiting Ukraine saying they're determined to show solidarity.
