Yesterday, Russian troops struck eight border communities with mortars, tube artillery, and anti-tank missiles. In total, the border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv regions were hit by the Russian Federation more than 150 times.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says that Donbas was almost destroyed by Russian strikes and that Russia had absolute disregard for the value of life. Mr Zelenskyy called those perpetrating the attacks on Zaporizhzhia, Orykhiv, Kharkiv, and Donbas, as terrorists, and has vowed to retaliate.
