Journalist Liudmyla Pavlenko interviewed Volodymyr Yavorivsky, who is a Ukrainian writer, publicist, politician and public figure. Ukraine celebrates the 25th anniversary of the revival of its statehood. August 24, 1991 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Declaration on the country's independence. Ukraine and Ukrainians fighting and defending their independence, freedom and democracy. Over the last 25 years of independent Ukraine two revolutions have taken place. For over two years, Ukrainians have been fighting against the military aggression of the Russian Federation. They protect their independence and the chance of the EU accession.
