An international summit on refugees and migrants is underway at the United Nations General Assembly in New York. Delegates of more than 190 attending governments have signed a declaration calling for countries to resettle more refugees and pledging to manage the forced displacement of people in a principled way. The U-N estimates there are more than 60-million refugees and displaced people in the world - describing it as the worst humanitarian crisis since тhe Second World War...
