War prisoners exchange

Ukraine and separatist Russian-backed rebels in the east of the country have exchanged hundreds of prisoners in the first prisoner swap between the two sides in 15 months. Separatists from the self-proclaimed republics of Luhansk and Donetsk handed over 74 prisoners, and Ukraine's military delivered 237.
