Sleep health foundation found up to 45 per cent of Australian having a sleep disorder problem and it is more common in men. Poor quality sleep in the night can linger over the whole day. Negative impacts of lack of proper sleep are not strange but the secrets of good sleep are often left behind somewhere under the busy lifestyle. Dr Bilal explains the impact of poor sleep and its remedy.
