The Pakistani Consulate General in Sydney, the Pakistani High Commission in Canberra, and the Pakistani community organized a vibrant cultural fair celebrating Pakistani spring traditions. The event was attended by diplomats from various cultures and countries, as well as a large turnout from the Pakistani community. Families enjoyed a fun-filled day, marked by a record number of attendees. Participants delighted in a fusion of Desi cuisine and diverse cultural experiences, featuring delicious Pakistani dishes.
The Pakistani Consulate General in Sydney and the Pakistani High Commission in Canberra, in collaboration with the Pakistani community, organized a spectacular cultural fair on the occasion of the Spring of Pakistani Amun.
Speaking to SBS Urdu, Pakistan Ambassador Zahid Hafeez Chaudhry attributed the success of the fair to the efforts of the community. The newly arrived Consul General of Sydney, Mr. Qamar Alzman, added that such fairs will continue to be organized in the future.
The colorful fair was attended by the Pakistani community, as well as people from different cultures and diplomats from several countries.
The day was full of fun with families, attended by a record number of people.
Participants enjoyed delicious Pakistani dishes as well as Desi cuisine and experienced the blending of different cultures.
The fair included engaging activities featuring diverse cultural elements, stalls, lucky draws, and stage performances with both traditional and modern music.
The fair not only gave attendees a glimpse of Pakistani culture but also fostered links between different cultures.
Speaking to SBS, stall holders, community members, and special guests agreed that the Pakistani Mango and Cultural Festival was an ideal occasion that significantly fostered harmony and cultural exchange between communities.
