Fall of Aleppo- Is it real Peac?

The Syrian military says it is closing in on the final rebel enclaves in the city of Aleppo as civilians continue to pour out of the area. The confidence comes as officials from Russia, Iran and Turkey have held talks in Moscow over a possible peace deal.
