Hot Trees in Karachi

A tree in Pakistan is being blamed for the recent heatwave in the country where the temperature continues to soar above 40 degrees in many cities. Some claim that this type of tree in Karachi causes heat in the atmosphere resulting in the rise in temperature. Reality or myth?
