The United Nations secretary general has called on Myanmar to immediately end its military action that has sent Rohingya Muslims and others fleeing to Bangladesh. Decrying what he calls the humanitarian "nightmare" for the refugees, Antonio Guterres is urging Myanmar to allow aid agencies into conflict-wracked Rakhine state.
