Rawalpindi born Dr Ali Khan has won the seat of Victorian upper house on Saturday 24th. November's state Elections. He was candidate of a newly formed Transport Matters Party. Party leader Rod Barton is also winning his seat. Dr Ali was Liberal candidate in last federal Elections but this time he joined a minor party which begins as protest party for aggrieved taxi drivers.
