A 10-year-old boy has been found dead at a home in Brisbane's southeast.

The body of a 10-year-old boy has been found in Brisbane's southeast.

A crime scene has been set up at a home on Mount Gravatt-Capalaba Road, Mackenzie after the body was discovered just before 5pm on Sunday.

Police investigators remain at the scene.
