$100,000 in Qld LNP donations 'secret'

The Liberal National Party has been criticised by Queensland Acting Premier Jackie Trad for not naming donors who gave $100,000 to the party.

Queensland Acting Premier Jackie Trad has lashed the Liberal National Party over $100,000 in "secret donations".

Ms Trad criticised the opposition for failing to name 28 donors, who gave the party $100,000, after LNP transport spokesman Scott Emerson claimed Labor was running "a protection racket" for embattled police minister Jo-Ann Miller.

"If the Member for Indooroopilly wants to talk about a racket, let's talk about the $100,000 of secret donations that were publicly released yesterday," she told a budget estimates hearing on Wednesday.
