11-year-old Aussie whiz kid to meet Obama

A tech wizard youngster from Townsville will rub shoulders with US President Barack Obama and top global business entrepreneurs this week.

An 11-year-old tech whiz from Townsville is set to meet US President Barack Obama this week.

Hamish Finlayson who has autism, has developed four mobile phone apps including one to help save sea turtles and another raising awareness about autism spectrum disorder.

He will join eight other Australians at President Obama's global entrepreneurship summit in Palo Alto, California.
