A dying Australian teenager in the US wants to come home, but needs $150,000 for a medical flight - money her family doesn't have.
Phelicity Sneesby, 13, and her family have been travelling back and forth between New South Wales and the US for most of her life so she could have the best treatment for her congenital heart defect.
Born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, Phelicity has now developed a condition that depletes protein from her intestines and affects her immune system - meaning she has little time left.
Her dad, Ben, has recently returned home to Australia in a bid to return to work and help the family pay its bills.
"Our little darling's journey is coming to an end," he wrote on his Facebook page on Thursday.
"For years we have done everything possible to keep her alive, but there is nothing left to do."
Her mum, Veronica, has stayed by Phelicity's bedside in the cardiac intensive care unit in Ohio and says her daughter's final wish is to go home, but she needs a medical flight and that costs $150,000.
A Go Fund Me page set up three days ago has already raised more than $107,000.
Its aim is to raise the money to pay for the medical flight or at the very least raise enough to support the family while Ben returns to the US.
The Sneesby family has been contacted for comment.
