Olympic rowing gold medallist Drew Ginn is Cricket Tasmania's new high performance manager.
Ginn's appointment follows a string of changes recommended by former national team star Mike Hussey, who was asked to conduct a review into the state's cricket affairs after another poor season.
"My priorities will be to do lots of observing, listening and questioning to help formulate my thinking and then start testing and exploring how I can bring together a high performance unit achieving success for Cricket Tasmania," Victorian Ginn said at Tuesday's announcement.
