Australia's largest Indigenous consulting company will partner with consulting powerhouse PwC to launch the venture this month.

Eventually, the company plans to have offices in every capital city and eventually employ about 50 staff.

Founding Director, Jason Eades has told NITV, they want to draw more attention to the positive steps being taken by Indigenous communities in the business sector.

"I think the company's been created out of a desire to do something different and be bigger, bolder, and really look at consulting and how it approaches Indigenous policy and look at how we can do things really differentl," Mr Eades says.

"Too much is focussed on the disadvantage in our community and we're keen to shift that lense and start looking at all the positive things and how as a collective we can add greater voice to that."
