Activists crash Sea World dolphin show

Protesters have crashed a dolphin show at Sea World on the Gold Coast, clashing with some members of the audience.

Activists have interrupted a dolphin show at Sea World on the Gold Coast, protesting the captivity of animals for entertainment.

Video of the incident shows close to 20 protesters walking to the front of the viewing area during the dolphin show and unveiling banners reading "Captivity is cruelty" and "Free the dolphins" to the jeers of the crowd.

At least two audience members can be seen pushing and struggling with demonstrators in an effort to tear the banners down before the group are escorted out of the theme park by police.
