Adam Whittington to speak about 60 Minutes

Child recovery agent Adam Whittington will speak about the 60 Minutes botched child abduction case in Beirut on Seven's Sunday Night program.

Adam Whittington, who was involved in the 60 Minutes child abduction case in Lebanon, will reveal his side of the story in an interview with rival network Seven.

Mr Whittington was charged with kidnapping after Brisbane mother Sally Faulkner's two young children were snatched from a Beirut street in April while being filmed by Nine Network's 60 Minutes crew.

In a promotional video released by Seven, Mr Whittington tells journalist Mike Willesee "the whole story's been a lie".

"They just want to keep me quiet, honestly. They don't want the truth to come out ... fabricated lies," Whittington says, before fighting back tears.

The Australian-British national, who is the head of Child Abduction Recovery International, was reunited with his family in Sweden in July after being granted bail in Beirut.

Seven says it's made no payment to Mr Whittington, his family or any other party for the interview which will be broadcast on Sunday at 8pm.
