Ashton Agar will make his one-day international debut in Australia's third clash of their series with England in Manchester.
Agar is one of three injury-enforced changes made by Australia, who will field first after England captain Eoin Morgan won the toss and elected to bat.
Gone from the controversial victory at Lord's are injured trio David Warner (thumb), Shane Watson (calf) and Nathan Coulter-Nile (hamstring).
Agar, whose improved batting now has him viewed increasingly as an allrounder of the future, comes in as Watson's replacement and will bat at No.10, while Victorian paceman James Pattinson replaced Coulter-Nile.
Aaron Finch will play his 50th ODI and joins the team as a like-for-like replacement for his World Cup opening partner Warner.
Pattinson's inclusion ensures Australia will for the first time play their all-out express pace lineup of fearsome quicks as he joins tearaways Pat Cummins and Mitchell Starc.
Australia, currently up 2-0 in the best-of-five series, can take an unassailable lead with victory.
