Australian employers are being urged to encourage their workers to spend less time sitting in front of computer screens.
The National Heart Foundation says Aussie workers are becoming more sedentary than ever before.
A national survey by the Foundation found 70 per cent of Australian workers are spending too much time staring at computers and technological gadgets rather than being physically active.
The foundation's CEO Mary Barry told Van Nguyen it's putting their health at risk.
