Dozens of MPs are reportedly using taxpayer-funded allowances to pay off investment properties in Canberra.
Sixty-four are funding residences owned by themselves or their spouses through overnight accommodation expenses, a Seven Network investigation has found.
While it's within the rules, it's costing $1.64 million a year.
