Animal testing warning to cosmetics buyers

The consumer watchdog Choice says major cosmetic brands are testing their products on animals in China and not telling their Australian customers.

The consumer watchdog Choice says major cosmetic brands are testing their products on animals in China and not telling their Australian customers.

 

Choice says it carried out an investigation and found many manufacturer websites, packaging and sales staff are failing to tell Australian customers that their beauty products are being tested on animals in China.

 

Choice researcher Zoya Sheftalovich told Greg Dyett Australian customers should be fully informed.
