Another Jennings to line up for Penrith

Robert Jennings will make his NRL debut for Penrith on Saturday, following in the footsteps of older brothers Michael and Robert.

Injury-plagued Penrith will hand a debut to another member of the Jennings clan with 19-year-old Robert named in the side to face the Gold Coast on Saturday.

The centre will follow in the footsteps of older brothers Michael and George when he makes his Panthers debut against the Titans at Cbus Super Stadium.

NSW and Test star Michael made 124 appearances for the club before moving to the Sydney Roosters in 2013 with 21-year-old George playing in the first two games of this season.

Jennings will fill the gap left by Jamal Idris' season-ending knee injury.

Idris joins Jamie Soward, Peter Wallace, Dean Whare and Lewis Brown on the sidelines with Issac John and Api Koroisau once again starting in the halves.

Back-rower Elijah Taylor, who limped off in last week's win over Manly, has been cleared to play after scans revealed no significant knee ligament damage.

Sea Eagles skipper Jamie Lyon returns after a groin injury that has sidelined him since the loss to St George Illawarra last month to face Canterbury.

It is a huge boost for a depleted Sea Eagles side who are without several front-line players including Brett Stewart who has failed to recover also from a groin problem.

Bulldogs pair Tim Browne and Chase Stanley will be monitored through the week after leaving the field due to concussion against the Dragons last Sunday.

Danny Fualalo and Herman Eseese have been named on an extended bench and are a chance of making their NRL debuts with Josh Reynolds returning to the starting line-up at five-eighth.

Brisbane captain Justin Hodges will make his return in the centres against the Dragons at Kogarah on Friday after sitting out the last two matches due to a hamstring strain.

Dragons coach Paul McGregor, who has taken his side to four successive wins, has named Will Matthews in the side to replace Tyson Frizell who will miss the game due to suspension.

Glenn Stewart has been listed to start at five-eighth against Cronulla on Monday but John Sutton is widely expected to be fit to return after a broken jaw.

Parramatta winger Semi Radradra is not included in the Eels' line-up for their clash with Newcastle but the flying Fijian winger could be included if he passes a late fitness test before kick-off.

Sam Tagataese comes in for the suspended Sharks prop Andrew Fifita, while Jayson Bukuya and Tinirau Arona come onto an extended bench in place of the injured David Fifita.
