Another lay day at Margaret River surfing

Small swell has led to a second consecutive lay day being called at the world surfing tour's Margaret River Pro.

Another lay day has been called at the world surfing tour's Margaret River Pro.

Lack of swell and a good forecast for Wednesday led to organisers putting the world tour's third contest of the season on hold for the second consecutive day on Tuesday.

"We are looking at a swell building in through the night tonight so when we wake up tomorrow we're expecting some pretty decent sized waves," said World Surf League commissioner Kieren Perrow.
