ANZ boss Mike Smith's annual pay has grown to $10.7 million, cementing his position as one of the country's highest paid chief executives.
Mr Smith was paid a salary of $3.15 million in the 2013/14 year, plus a cash bonus of $2.05 million.
He also stands to receive up to $5.35 million worth of ANZ shares, which is higher than in the previous year, and responsible for the near $300,000 rise in his total pay from 2012/13.
Westpac and National Australia Bank are yet to publish what their executives were paid in 2013/14, but Mr Smith is likely to remain Australia's highest paid bank CEO.
Commonwealth Bank boss Ian Narev was paid $8.1 million.
Mr Smith's pay packet also outsizes those received by the bosses of the country's other largest companies - BHP and Rio Tinto.
ANZ made a record annual cash profit of $7.1 billion in 2013/14, and that performance is reflected in the short term bonuses for the bank's senior executives, the company said in its annual report.
