Australian Olympic Committee media director Mike Tancred will soon find out if he keeps his job in the wake of bullying allegations.

The AOC is expecting on Thursday to receive findings into four bullying claims against Tancred, who has stood down from his job since April.

Three former AOC staffers, and another person from outside the organisation have levelled complaints against Tancred.

An independent committee of serving judges has examined the claims and is due to report to the AOC on Thursday.

Whether the AOC has time to digest the findings and announce the finding is yet to be determined, the AOC says.

Tancred stood down as media and communications director on April this year after ex-AOC chief executive Fiona de Jong went public with her bullying claim against the long-serving media man.

De Jong's complaint was heard separately to the four current claims.

In de Jong's case, the independent panel found Tancred guilty of "disreputable conduct" but cleared him of bullying as his actions were not repetitive.

The claims against Tancred, who apologised to de Jong, came amid wider scrutiny of the AOC workplace, which another investigation found was dysfunctional.

Many AOC staffers reported senior leaders within the peak Olympic body undermined and were hostile towards each other, and expressed concerns about favouritism and poor communication.

The AOC has committed to following 17 recommendations of the investigation, including a governance model review.
