Staff disillusioned with treatment from AOC senior leaders
Staff disappointed at lack of decision-making transparency
Staff tell of dysfunctional relationships between senior AOC officials; of senior leaders undermining each other and being openly hostile
Strong view by many staff that some people have stayed at AOC too long
Staff hold common view that open and honest communication isn't standard
* WHAT DID THEY RECOMMEND?
Made 17 recommendations, including that the AOC review its governance model and develop a cultural plan; and that the AOC executive and chief executive officer acknowledge there have been behaviours and practices not aligned to the AOC's ethical framework

The AOC says it will commit to implementing the 17 recommendations
